Jim Swanson (General Partner & GM), Tina Cornett, Raymond Kirk and Bill McKinnie as well as Head Coach, Greg Frady (Via Zoom) introduced the Nanaimo NightOwls WCL Franchise to the club.

The NightOwls are a new Summer Collegiate Team which competes in the 16 Team West Coast League who will play a 33 game home schedule out of the newly renovated Serauxmen Stadium. The players will be 18-22 year old college baseball players from all over North America including a number of players from Nanaimo and surrounding Vancouver Island communities.

The NightOwls season runs from June through Mid-August with their first 3 game home stand June 3,4,5 against the Edmonton Riverhawks.
